Those who have completed the Certificate III in Fitness are able to register with Fitness Australia or Kinect Australia.

Fitness Australia offers registration for Certificate III in Fitness in the category of Exercise Instructor. Graduates may be involved in the assessment, training and supervision of a variety of people in health and fitness centres, gyms, sports centres and community organisations.

Kinect Australia is a Health Promotion Agency which also registers fitness professionals nationally on completion of their fitness qualifications. Certificate III in Fitness is the minimum competency required for working as a Gymnasium Instructor, Group Exercise Instructor and Aqua Instructor within in Australia.

This course is delivered by structured classroom session held weekly at various locations. The course includes theoretical as well as practical application of skills and knowledge in the fitness industry.
