Certificate III in Sport (Career Orientated Participation) AFL Development Program

This qualification is only for athletes likely to make a career out of playing sport. As a consequence, the athletes undertaking this qualification should be:

• an Australian Institute of Sport scholarship holder; or

• a State/Territory Institute/Academy of Sport scholarship holder; or

• a Regional Institute/Academy of Sport scholarship holder; or

• a member of a National team, squad or development program; or

• a member of a National or State/Territory Sporting Organisation Intensive Training Centre program or similar talent development program;

or

• a member of a national league/competition team, squad or development program; or

• a member of a team in a second-tier national competition.
